CARL NEUSS is a Co-Founder of Woodbridge Pacific Group (WPG), a high-end production homebuilder, and Foremost Pacific Group (FPG), a leading build-to-rent builder-developer. Before founding WPG & FPG, Neuss was a Co-Owner & Principal at IHP Capital Partners, where he served on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee for the firm’s $1.0+ billion portfolio. Neuss holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Engineering from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
