Ed Bagdasarian is Co-Founder and CEO of Intrepid Investment Bankers LLC, the U.S. middle market investment banking arm of MUFG (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group), one of the top ten financial institutions in the world.

Over more than three decades in investment banking, Ed has advised entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and financial sponsors on transformative transactions across a broad range of industries, including consumer, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, industrials, and business services. Under Ed’s leadership, Intrepid continues to expand its industry coverage and capital markets capabilities while maintaining a highly client-centric, senior-led advisory model.

Prior to co founding Intrepid, Ed was a Principal Partner at Barrington Associates, where he played a key role in building the firm into one of the most respected middle market M&A advisory platforms in the United States. In 2006, Barrington was acquired by Wells Fargo Securities to serve as the bank’s dedicated M&A advisory arm.
