Jen Libby, MSW, LCSW, is a psychotherapist, family office advisor in the mental health space, and founder of Promly, a next-generation social networking platform designed to support youth mental health, healthier dopamine processing, and real-life interactions that foster purpose and leadership. With more than 20 years of clinical experience working with “difficult to treat” adolescents and families, Libby has dedicated her career to addressing the growing youth mental health crisis through cutting-edge health innovation, prevention, federal policy change, and scalable, accessible solutions.

Libby advises family offices, policymakers, and global organizations on youth engagement and next-generation leadership. Her work has been recognized internationally, including a United Nations World Logic Day Award for Mental Health innovation. She has participated in bipartisan policy discussions and youth advocacy efforts, including contributions to the Kids Online Safety Act, giving young people a formal and actionable voice in tech policy oversight.

Libby serves on the Don’tMindMe.org foundation board and frequently speaks on parenting in a digital age, youth mental health, precision medicine, and purpose-driven leadership.
