Nina V. Popoff, MPA
Senior Executive Director, Foundation Relations, City of Hope
NINA POPOFF joined City of Hope in July of 2018 and currently serves as Senior Executive Director of Foundation Relations in the Office of Philanthropy. In her role at City of Hope, Nina supports faculty and staff in securing support to accelerate life-saving cancer research and programs that advance compassionate, patient-centered care. Further, Nina is the creator and moderator of an internal faculty engagement speaker series, Connecting the Dots, and serves on the leadership team of City of Hope’s Women’s Professional Network (WPN).
Prior to joining City of Hope, Nina directed the fundraising and communication efforts at the Violence Intervention Program (VIP), raising annual philanthropic support, as well as spearheading a $3 million capital campaign. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and received a Masters of Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management from California State University, Northridge.
