Alyssa Weinberger

STEPHANIE MCCLELLAN, M.D. is Era's co-founder and lead clinician, as well as one of the country’s preeminent OB/GYNs for women 35+ years old. She has spent 30+ years at the forefront of gynecological, hormone, and menopause care. An early pioneer in integrated women’s care, her approach considers the “whole woman” and not just isolated health concerns. She is widely admired by both patients and colleagues for her ability to listen, intuit, and discern subtle patterns in patient presentations, skills that have resulted in significantly improved outcomes and clinical care breakthroughs. Prior to Era, Dr. McClellan co-authored the authoritative book So Stressed: The Ultimate Stress-Relief Plan for Women and founded/led a prestigious women’s care practice in Newport Beach, California. She also served as chair of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Hoag Memorial Presbyterian Hospital and played a pivotal role in developing their women’s healthcare program. Over 10 years at Hoag Foundation, she served as consultant, women’s health advisor, and board member. Dr. McClellan was also Chief Medical Officer and the first practicing gynecologist at Tia, and a co-founder at Midi.
