STEVE RUBINSTEIN is a managing director and senior portfolio manager within the Asset Management group at Antares Capital. Prior to joining the Asset Management group, Steve was a managing director on the Junior Capital team where he was responsible for screening, underwriting and managing the unitranche and junior capital portfolio. Steve joined Antares in 2008 from Merrill Lynch Capital where he began his career and was responsible for structuring and underwriting sponsor-backed leverage finance transactions. Steve graduated with a degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
