ANDREW MURPHY is President of Woodbridge Pacific Group, where he leads capital formation, land acquisition, development/construction, and asset management operations. Before joining WPG, Andrew served as an Executive Vice President and COO at American Property Enterprises and Division President at Fieldstone Communities. Throughout his career, Andrew has overseen over 6,000 new home starts and sales representing $2.0+ billion in revenue. Andrew holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
