BRIAN HALOOSSIM is President of Lido Advisors and a senior wealth-management executive and advisor with more than two decades of experience serving business owners, ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, and nonprofits.

Previously, Brian spent his career at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, where he began as a financial advisor and built a significant practice focused on founder-led and multigenerational wealth. He went on become a Principal and National Senior Managing Director, running two major regions representing nearly half of the firm’s approximately $140 billion in assets under management.

A core focus of Brian’s career has been building platforms for business owners grounded in lived experience. Drawing on his background as a founder, more than 20 years advising middle-market companies, and his experience as an investor in private businesses, he has helped shape an approach that supports entrepreneurs across the full lifecycle—from growth and capital formation to liquidity, reinvention, and legacy.
He and his wife co-founded Skin Thesis and MILAJ Skincare, which are operated by his wife, Melissa, and he is also active in real-estate development. His leadership style and commitment to developing people and culture is shaped by his background in coaching. Brian coached Division I basketball at California State University, Northridge, and later served as head basketball coach at a college preparatory school.

Brian is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He and his wife have four children and remain actively engaged in founder and leadership communities.
