CHRIS HARTMANN, CFA, CFP® is a Vice President and Regional Consultant at State Street Investment Management, where he partners with RIAs, regional banks, and multifamily offices across Southern California. In his role, Chris works closely with advisory firms on portfolio implementation, platform strategy, and longterm business growth, helping them scale efficiently while maintaining a strong fiduciary focus.

Prior to joining State Street, Chris held positions at Northern Trust Asset Management and Vanguard, where he developed a deep understanding of investment management, advisor needs, and clientcentric solutions across different market environments. 

Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University, holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Certified Financial Planner™ designations, and is an active member of the CFA Society Los Angeles and CFA Society Orange County.
