I am the Vice President of Client Experience at Legacy Concierge, where I work closely with families who are navigating complex health needs and care in the home. My role is centered on making sure each client feels genuinely supported, cared for, and guided through what is often a very overwhelming and uncertain time.

This work is deeply informed by my own experience caring for my grandmother, who had severe dementia, for several years. Being on the family side of the healthcare system gave me a real understanding of how confusing, fragmented, and emotional care decisions can be, especially when you are trying to advocate for someone you love while also preserving their dignity and sense of independence. That perspective continues to shape how I show up for the families we serve today.

Now, I have the privilege of helping design highly personalized, 1:1 care experiences that prioritize dignity, discretion, and consistency. By surrounding clients with dedicated providers and thoughtful coordination, we are able to achieve outcomes that are simply not possible in traditional care settings. It is incredibly meaningful to be part of a model that brings calm, stability, and true partnership to families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
