KYLE CONNOR is a Private Markets Client Portfolio Manager and Director for Invesco’s 1031 Exchange Program. Kyle’s primary responsibilities are to assist financial advisors and help their clients navigate the nuanced process of exchanging investment real estate into Invesco’s private market offerings. He serves as a subject matter expert on 1031/721 exchanges for Invesco Distribution within the wealth management intermediary channel, which includes Wires, RIAs, and Independent BDs. Kyle is also responsible for Invesco’s private markets tax deferral business strategy, including engaging with platforms, developing stronger industry partnerships, strengthening Invesco’s alternative investment brand and collaborating with product development on future DST offerings.

Kyle began his investment career in 2017 and joined Invesco in 2020, subsequently moving to Invesco Real Estate in 2023. Prior to joining Invesco, Kyle was a Senior Analyst at Q4 Inc. where he was responsible for building partnerships with C-suite executives, providing research to help navigate equity market conditions and offering consultative services to generate solutions for shareholder targeting, activism defense and corporate governance. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at Okapi Partners.

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Riverside. Kyle holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.
