PAUL KOLEVSOHN joined Stockbridge in 2025 as Managing Director, Investment Research & Strategy. He leads the firm’s integrated research and strategy platform, collaborating across investment, portfolio management, and client service teams to shape house views, analyze market trends, and develop strategies that support both investment execution and client engagement.

Paul brings over two decades of experience in real estate investment and portfolio strategy. Prior to joining Stockbridge, he was a Partner and Head of North American Real Estate at Mercer Alternatives. Most recently, he served as Senior U.S. Investment Director and Partner, overseeing approximately $50 billion in advisory and discretionary real estate portfolios and leading strategic partnerships across institutional and private wealth clients. He also served as a voting member of Mercer’s Real Assets Investment Committee.

Paul received a BBA from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
