ROLAND WILLIAMS is a Super Bowl Champion, investor, and Managing Partner of Brown
Diamond Concierge, a private real estate firm providing full-service portfolio execution
for professional athletes, entertainers, and high-income professionals seeking direct
ownership without operational complexity.
A standout at Syracuse University, Roland went on to play eight seasons in the National
Football League with the St. Louis Rams and Oakland Raiders. With the Rams, he
earned Rookie of the Year honors and became a multi-year starter, contributing to one
of the most dominant offenses in NFL history. As a key member of the legendary
“Greatest Show on Turf,” he competed at the highest level and ultimately became a
Super Bowl Champion.
Following his NFL career, Roland transitioned his high-performance mindset into
entrepreneurship and real estate investment. Over the past 20+ years, he has been
actively involved in sourcing, structuring, and executing residential, multifamily, and
development investments, with a focus on disciplined capital deployment, tax efficiency,
and durable income streams built to perform across market cycles.
Under his leadership, Brown Diamond Concierge operates as both a trusted execution
partner for clients and a platform for select investment opportunities. The firm delivers
institutional-quality execution from strategy through stabilization, while providing access
to off-market opportunities through proprietary relationships developed over decades
across professional sports, business, and investment networks.
In addition to building portfolios for clients, Roland selectively co-invests in opportunities
alongside aligned partners, aligning capital, execution, and long-term ownership to
create scalable, income-producing assets.
Roland is a two-time TEDx speaker and sports analyst, with media experience across
ESPN, CBS, FOX, and ABC7 Los Angeles. He has been recognized as a two-time
Oakland Raiders Man of the Year, NFL Unsung Hero, and recipient of Syracuse
University’s Letterwinner of Distinction Award, where he also serves on the Advisory
Board for the David B. Falk College of Sport at Syracuse University.
