CEO, Financier & Entrepreneur, National Thoroughbred League
Brad Allen is a seasoned financier, entrepreneur, and business executive, having spent the past 35 years in senior roles in New York, Los Angeles and Hong Kong. His experience in finance covers private wealth management, investment banking and venture capital, including fundraising and mergers and acquisitions.
As an entrepreneur, Brad has founded/co-founded six startup companies, and successfully exited three companies (so far) in the technology, e-commerce and enterprise software sectors. His most recent success was co-founding the leading virtual reality technology company, NextVR, which was acquired in 2020 by Apple. Brad led the team in funding as well as multi-year partnerships with the NBA, NFL, Fox Sports and Live Nation, amongst others. After NextVR, Brad became the Executive Chairman of Vaunt Inc., a sports and entertainment IP development company creating unique experiences, content and competitions with professional athletes, artists and influencers. Most recently, Brad became the CEO of the National Thoroughbred League, the first professional thoroughbred horse racing league launching this summer. Brad is also currently a board director of Clean Earth Acquisition Corp., a climate technology and energy transition-focused special purpose acquisition company.
Brad graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and currently resides in Laguna Beach, California with his wife and two daughters.
