DAN TRISTER is the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of IDB Bank. Leveraging more than 20 years of experience, he oversees treasury and portfolio management, as well as financial reporting and strategy across the Bank.

Dan joined IDB in 2019, after serving in various leadership positions with its Tel Aviv based parent, Discount Bank Ltd. He has additionally held various leadership roles with leading financial firms in London and South Africa, with the most recent being Fortress Investment Group.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Science and a post graduate degree in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Cape Town.
