TISHAWN GAYLE is a highly-accomplished entrepreneur, music industry executive and philanthropist that hails from Springfield, Massachusetts. As the Chief Operating Officer at Compound Entertainment, Gayle currently serves as the manager for three-time, GRAMMY® award-winning hitmaker NE-YO and has also managed a wide array of acclaimed musicians, including Shaggy, Adrienne Bailon and Lyfe Jennings, among several others.

Over the course of his illustrious career, Gayle has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of his clients’ career, including recording, touring and brand partnerships along with their respective film and TV endeavors. As NEYO’s manager, he was the driving force behind the superstar’s brand deals with Pernod Richard’s Malibu Red, McDonald’s, Pepsi and others.

Prior to working at Compound Entertainment, Gayle originally started his professional career as a marketing assistant at Def Jam Records and worked his way up to becoming a product manager, where he supervised projects for DMX, Joe Budden, Foxy Brown and Juelz Santana, among others. Beyond his acclaimed career in the music industry, Gayle also mentors young, aspiring music industry professionals.
