STEVE KRYSTEK, CEO of the PFC Group of Companies in Las Vegas, brings a rich 30-year background in law enforcement, military, and protective services. An accomplished instructor, he developed over a hundred training programs for the Department of Defense and Federal Government agencies. With a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from St. John’s University, Steve is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

After leading a U.S. Air Force Emergency Services Team in Special Weapons and Tactics, protective services, force protection, and anti-terrorism, Steve transitioned to civilian law enforcement. He became a full-time Police Officer and trainer at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, taking on roles such as Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, and Defensive Tactics Instructor, responding to various critical incidents. Post-military, he also contributed to safeguarding special nuclear material and classified government research projects at the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration.

During his military service, Steve established Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts (PFC) in 1997, initially focused on providing firearms and self-defense training to civilians and police. PFC expanded its offerings over the years, encompassing professional training services, Executive Protection, corporate protective services, and securing contracts with the U.S. military, government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and affluent families.

In 2006, Steve assumed full-time leadership of PFC, overseeing both domestic and international security and training operations. Since then, PFC has evolved into a conglomerate of companies led by Steve that include PFC Safeguards, PFC Federal, PFC Training, PFC Loadout, PFC CrossFit, Synergy Solutions, Sky Pointe Concierge, and others.
