TOM BELLI is the Head of Healthcare lending in California at IDB Bank. Leveraging more than 15-years in Banking, Tom joined IDB in 2023, after serving as the Commercial Real Estate Market Manager in Los Angeles for Banc of California, and prior to that a Real Estate and Healthcare lender for Bank Leumi USA. Tom has funded for over $1.5B in real estate, healthcare, and working capital lines of credit over his career.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UCSB in Economics and Accounting and an Masters in Business Administration from Cal State Northridge. Prior to banking Tom served as a Sergeant and Avionics Chief in the United Stated Marine Corps.
