Daniel Howard is a Partner of Citrin Cooperman Advisors, LLC, where he currently is Co-Managing Partner of the Warner Center office. His primary focus is working with high net worth entrepreneurs and their closely held businesses. The specific industries he is primarily engaged in are middle-market companies in the areas of real estate, entertainment and manufacturing. The services he provides his clients are business and tax consulting in the areas of trusts and estates, investment, retirement, succession and insurance planning and transaction advisory for mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Howard holds a CPA license in California, Ohio and New York. He has a Master’s of Business Administration as well as being a Certified Fraud Examiner. He also sits on two Not for Profit Boards.
