WILSHIRE QUINN INCOME FUND is a privately held, non-levered mortgage fund
that originates short-term bridge loans on investment properties nationwide, with
an emphasis on California. Established in 2011, the Wilshire Quinn Income Fund is
comprised of accredited investors seeking monthly income and a low correlation
to the equity and bond markets. We believe a portfolio consisting of loans in
strong metropolitan areas, secured by substantial equity and sustainable cash flows,
will continue to create steady dividend payouts for our investors. Our extensive
borrower base ranges from real estate investors requiring financing for time
sensitive acquisitions, to corporations looking to refinance commercial properties
for additional liquidity.
